Logros Advisory Partners (LAP) is delighted to announce the successful completion of a Management Buyout (MBO) for mesoestetic UK, a leading medical cosmetics and aesthetics medicine supplier, marking an exciting new phase for the company.
Based in Knutsford, mesoestetic UK is a distributor of high end clinical aesthetic products. Its client base is focused on medical aesthetic and medical treatment clinics. It is the exclusive UK and Ireland distributor for the Spanish manufacturer mesoestetic Pharma, which is globally renowned for the high quality of its products, in particular for its depigmentation range.
Founded in 2007 by Adam Birtwistle, mesoestetic UK, began trading originally from their home. Adam and his wife Sandra who joined the business in 2008 have worked tirelessly with a complete focus on quality: of operational excellence, brand loyalty and promotion, and highly trained staff. The Company’s mission is to provide high-quality, innovative skincare products that cater to the needs of aesthetic experts. With 25 employees, its vision is to become a leading distributor of professional and clinic based aesthetic products in the UK and Ireland.
The MBO, led by the company’s management team, ensures continuity and stability while paving the way for future growth. With Logros Advisory Partners´ guidance and support, Adam & Sandra Birtwistle have passed the business to the senior management team, reaffirming their commitment to its mission and long-term success.
