About Lisa

Lisa works extensively with professional services and SaaS companies, care homes, and e-commerce; she advises boards, empowering them with a deeper understanding of the company’s finances. This enables better decision-making and control through periods of growth or during a purchase or sale transaction.

She has been involved in various corporate transactions, assisting clients during purchases and sale transactions, providing FDD services and ensuring the financials are robust and ready for sale. Lisa is skilled in cash flow management, financial forecasting and modelling. 

Lisa gained her experience and qualifications whilst working within the pharmaceutical industry, working up to the Financial controller of the UK division of an international company, reporting to the group based in the USA.  

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her two daughters, is an avid Yoga fan and has recently taken up golf.
