Client Testimonial – Darryl Gartley, CEO, DASA
“This was the first time we had been through a process like this, and choosing the right advisor was incredibly important to us. From the outset, Logros took the time to understand both the business and what we were looking to achieve personally, which gave us real confidence in the approach.
They brought structure and clarity to the process, particularly in how the business was positioned and presented. Their ability to translate what we had built over many years into a clear and compelling story was key.
Throughout the transaction, Brian. Lee and the team were proactive, responsive and commercially focused. They led the process end-to-end, handled negotiations effectively and supported us through the more challenging aspects, ensuring we stayed on track to completion.
We are very pleased with the outcome and would have no hesitation in recommending Logros to other business owners considering a sale.”
