Martyn is an accomplished corporate financier and business advisor with over 30 years of experience supporting SMEs in funding, growth strategies, and M&A opportunities. He specialises in sourcing equity and cash flow solutions, guiding management teams through full transactional activities, and producing investment memorandums for fundraising rounds from pre-seed to Series C.

With a career spanning private and public organisations at the board level, Martyn has managed 43 global M&A transactions across diverse sectors. His expertise includes identifying acquisition opportunities, conducting commercial and financial due diligence, structuring deals, and leading post-acquisition integrations. He has also facilitated equity investments totalling over £125 million.

Martyn’s broad sector experience covers manufacturing, logistics, software development, travel, tourism, and distribution. He has a proven track record of driving business growth, including leading a global technology company from $3 million to $1 billion turnover with double-digit profitability.

He holds an MBA from Ashridge Management College and has held senior executive roles, including CEO, Finance Director, and Group Business Development Director. In addition to his corporate achievements, Martyn serves as a board advisor to several companies, leveraging his strategic insight to drive sustainable growth.
