About Lee

Lee Dinsdale is an experienced advisor, entrepreneur, and business leader with over 20 years of experience in investment management, private banking, and business advisory services. He co-founded Logros Advisory Partners, where he works with business owners to drive growth, create value, and achieve successful exits.

Lee started his career in 1999 in wealth management, managing £100 million in client assets during some of the most volatile financial periods in modern history. He worked with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, charities, trusts, and pension funds, providing both advisory and discretionary investment services. He became a chartered Private Client and Investment Manager at Brewin Dolphin before moving to Barclays Wealth & Investment Management as a private banker.

However, in 2014, Lee made a significant career shift—stepping away from finance to focus on community impact and social enterprise. He joined a local community organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable young people, helping them develop confidence, communication skills, and pathways to employment. Through this work, he gained firsthand insight into resilience, leadership, and the power of social value in business

Building on this foundation, Lee founded Logros in 2017 as a coaching business, working with business leaders and entrepreneurs to develop clarity, resilience, and high-performance mindsets. In 2023, he co-founded Logros Advisory Partners with Brian Higgins, expanding the business into strategic advisory services, helping business owners navigate growth, exits, and transformational change.

As an Accredited Coach, Master Practitioner in NLP, and trained Hypnotherapist, Lee brings a unique perspective that blends business strategy with leadership development. He holds a BA in Economics, an MBA with distinction, and a Level 6 Private Client and Investment Management Diploma.
